The Eagle Road gives the rider with increased kicking power and increased air time. Keiji flies like an eagle, soaring into the air and using his feet, or in an eagle's case, talons, to attack his enemies.

Type: Keiji has two ways of riding Air Treks. One is he puts his hands in his pockets as he rides. This is his casual way of riding and when competing against enemies he deems as slower or weaker than him. In this style, he is already considered a good Storm Rider. Another type, is when his hands come out of his hands when riding. He only uses this when he finds the opponent rather difficult to handle. He is able to increase his speed with his hands out of his pockets and also increase his flexibility and balance. Sometimes, he listen to his Zen VPLus and switches on fast paced music as inspiration or a way to keep his cool and give a beat to his ride.

Clothing: As seen in the picture, he wears a dark grey polo shirt that sometimes when he rides, he leaves unbuttoned. The polo shirt has six buttons, but it has a very long tail, reaching mid-way down his thighs. Over that, he wears an overcoat that is red in the outside and brown at the bottom. This overcoat is personally designed with two long straps of dark blue cloth going over the shoulders. There are two dark yellow strips of clothin hanging on the sides of his forearms, going around the back of his forearms. It has a wide standing collar. It does not have any zippers, the zippers or buttons replaced with yellow strips of leather. The overcoat splits up at the buttocks area and he designed the bottoms of the overcoat to look like wings, the right 'wing' black, the other white. He wears two different kinds of belt, one of them dark brown, fastening his blue jeans onto his body. The other is simply wrapped around his waist, closed with a hook. This is where he usually straps his ATs onto. At the bottom of his jeans, he wears a long brown boots with metal rings clamped onto the top of the boots, from where the boots will be folded down. He only needs to open these metal rings and the boots will just slip off.

Appearance: Keiji can be considered handsome to a certain extent. He has a simple Japanese face, though his eyes are not as pointed. His face is pimple-less and wrinkle-less and he has almost no facial hair. He usually wears red contacts. His hair is black which looks grey under white light. The hair is rather long, reaching past his shoulders, covering his ears and his eyebrows. He has a well-built body with toned chest muscles and a six-pack to boot. His arms and legs are also well-built and -shaped. His legs, though, pack more power than they look. He has little body hair, for some unknown reason.

Personality: Keiji is a rather laid-back guy. He is always the one caught sleeping in class, and yet always gets the top three in tests and examinations. He is quite a friendly and sociable individual who has advice for almost every kind of situation. As such, he does not get brought down so easily when met with tough situations. He is also quite of a flirt, though does not seek to get into a relationship so easily. Yes, he is sociable, but it is hard to create a good friendship with him. He has a younger brother named Shugo, whom Keiji cares a lot about. Considering they are orphans, he sees Shugo as the last person he's got.

Keiji sees Air Treks as a way to relax and also a way of competition. Like most other things that people do for recreation, it can also be used for competitive sports. In this case, it is riding. Riding is Keiji's second love, the sight of the clouds being his next and followed by the satisfaction of victory. Keiji is not afraid to display his emotions and is also quite straight-forward, offending people with his words and sometimes being not aware of it.
